Today the surf is shin to thigh and semi choppy.

We have an interesting pattern forming over the Gulf during the next upcoming several days. A " system" is forecasted to produce some 6-8 feet swells with periods increasing to 9 seconds..AND relatively light winds in the 10-12mph range on the beach. ( this I find a little hard to believe )

ANYWAY stay tuned, the surf is on the rise.

spots in the area are fun,,,,the cam view of the pier may not show the better waves as the typical bowl break hasnt been good this early a.m.

V.A.S. conditions. 843 am. surf is in the waist high range. pleanty of waves some bigger peaks at times.
