Surf has a bad case of morning sickness with low tide just bottoming out.
Knee to Thigh at Horace slightly choppy.
Down the beach south surf is considerably bigger in the waist plus range. This is due to a n.e. component to the swell.
Winds are e.s.e. at 11mph with gusts to 16mph.
Swell direction is e.n.e. , bouy 42020 is showing 6.5 feet at 6.5 seconds
( not bad ).
The water is cleaning up nicely. Temp is at 65f
Clouds are to increase and winds to do the same , clocking around to a more southerly flow. Tomorrow seas to be running in the 5'-6' range , it is safe to say there will be waist high or better surf for at least Saturday.
Sunday is a different story. We will probably wake up to northerly winds and a extreme low tide.
SO, all that being said, get on it today and tomorrow if possible.
Peace - Surf
