surf is knee to thigh with a brisk nne wind on it. surf is fairly lined up with too strong of a wind right now to enjoy.
surf may improve late this afternoon if winds relax as forecasted, at which time we could see thigh with a few waist high sets and fair form. only if the wind backs off later.
