4pm surf is better than the yesterday...still a bit choppy but some fun waves to have from time to time...still pretty choppy..waist high with chest peaks/sets

another waist to chest high day with choppy conditions.
onshore winds are lighter than yesterday; but, still giving us pretty messy surf. it has improved a little bit; but, not much.
