greetings tx surfers, Can anyone advise about whether a shortboard or longboard would be the better investment for an Austin res who wants to surf pt a on the weekends? I'm an intermediate-level longboarder who just broke into shortboards this summer. mahalo! -e

I guess a longboard then... Does Pt. A Surf Co rent boards? My dept. (at UT) will be visiting Pt A in October - it would be great to get some folks on a first wave.
