The surf is thigh to waist on sets and semi clean. There is a ENE swell wrapping around the jettys and a peak on the north side of HCP seems to be working, for now anyway.
The water is down to 52F
Winds brisk at 15+ NNE
The tide is way out , but incoming.
South should be considerably bigger, but with a strong southerly rip down the beach.
