Oil spill,future problems for us?

Just wanted everyones opinion on the oil spills possibility of affecting our coastline or perhaps migrating fish?

the oil spill shouldn't be a problem for the middle-southern texas coast for now with the predominant southeast/south wind & sea currents this time of year.most of the migratory fish will also be riding the warmer current coming up from mexico.
however, a tropical system (read storm or hurricane) to our north will change all that. we always pray for hurricane surf from the north in port aransas but thats not a good thing this summer,or @ least early in the summer.
