It probably wouldn't hurt to take it. I used mine last weekend and felt like I did need it. I was a little on the warm side while wearing it....but that is the point....so I guess it was alright.

you prolly will sweat but depending on the manowar & how churned up the tentacles are- you may be happy to just be sweating....
