there is definately surf..just tons of wind and surf is still as mess,,but looks slightly better than earlier...we "may" see a little bit of improving conditions..very late today if the wind calms down

is anyone actually surfing out there today, or is it really really bad still?

My buddy and I went out yesterday and had a blast at the jetty--until his p.o.s. board broke in half. If you go out at the jetty beware...there is a stronger than usual rip making difficult to get back in.

Waves did not seem unorganized one bit for hurricane surf; in fact they were surprisingly clean and very fun.

Be careful, and do not go out by yourself or with anyone inexperienced.

surf is a little better than this morning.

some people out at the pier of course..

mostly they are getting whacked..

surf is still very bumpy...

a little more manageable...but im waiting till wind wind slows more..

tonite will clean up some but remain very bumpy at the wind was super strong over night and during most of this day...

tomorrow morning "may" be pretty fun....

just glad we didnt get slammed completely by the storm
