surf is on the rise.
very low tide this morning so surf seems small and choppy.
we should see the surf improve some as the day goes on.
from noon onward, with incoming tide we should see surf in the waist high range.
should be longboardable for sure with building offshore waves and an onshore windflow.
surf will be partly choppy to choppy , but could be fun at times..

It's 1 p.m., and at http://www.portanow.com/webcam2/beachcam.htm it looks pretty nice and laid back out there. Breezy, with long, waist high rollers gently breaking in the middle. Wish I was there now!!!
